Care Guide:

All the jewelry pieces are one of a kind, handmade and hand crafted with love, care and attention, therefore please consider small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the material crafting process.
To maintain the longevity of the pieces please remove when using toiletries and cosmetics (soap, cleaning products, body lotion, creams, perfume), and avoid wearing when showering, going in the sea or a swimming pool. If you would like to renew the ring's gold plating, you are welcome to send them back at cost price.

Payment:

Payments are accepted through Paypal, a secure on-line payment system that is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you do not need to sign up to use this service and can pay directly through Paypal using a debit or credit card.

Shipping & Rates:

Orders are shipped within 3-30 business days depend on items processing time. Orders are shipped by registered airmail with a tracking code. Shipping from Israel usually take 2-3 weeks. Delivery times estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.The buyer will be responsible to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. All jewelry must be unworn & unused and in its original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned to buyer and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

 

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items eligible for refunds are Earrings, Necklaces and Bangles.

As all items are made to order only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) to Rings (made to size) & Customized Designs.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
